CU-2024-0005, BELL KING ROAD, LLC & MADISON COMPANY OF NEWPORT NEWS (OWNERS) and FRHP LINCOLNSHIRE, LLC (APPLICANT)  Request a conditional use permit to allow for the construction and operation of a large motor vehicle sales, repair and service facility on properties with 10.79 acres in total, zoned M1 Light Industrial located at 363 Bell King Road and 341 Ed Wright Lane.
