Thanked members of the taxicab community for their positive commendation for the City Manager's hard work in their endeavor to come up with a fair Taxicab Ordinance.

Offered congratulations to Pastor Kevin Swann on his Anniversary. Announced her attended the following events: Spoke to 11th Grade History Class at Woodside HS; Visited a home in Virginia Beach that had Chinese drywall and hoped for legislation; Reception for Dr. Atwater, NSU President; read a book, "Duck on a Bike," at Watkins Elementary on behalf of Mayor's Book Club. He thanked the Scouts for their interest and participation in Government Day. Annuounced that there would be an event on Sat., 3/17, 10a - 3p, offering free books and crafts.
