PLAN AMENDMENT – NEWPORT NEWS BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN PLAN

PLN-2024-0001, CITY OF NEWPORT NEWS Requests the adoption of the Newport News Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan. The Plan has been prepared in response to the goals of the city’s One City, One Future 2040 Comprehensive Plan that calls for a balanced and safe inter-connected multi-modal transportation network of which bicycle and pedestrian connectivity is one component.
