I. Citizen Comments
Mr. Paul Link, look into management of NNTV. Look at the policies on how you deal with employees. Do not directly give commands and requests. Lots of money wasted. Getting hard. People try to under mind you. Hard to deal with management. Believes in standing up to fight for what you believe in. Take it or find another job. Asked Mayor to look into the matter. The issue is matter.
Mr. Glen McGuire, inquired about information/report from the Buxton Group.
Mr. James Armstrong, 36th Street, NN, People not following the rules - exempt from rules they should follow. Referenced unethical practices of staff in the Engineering Department re the Residential Parking Permit Program. Believe there is a hidden hand running the Dept. of Engineering. Divide between govt. employees and the citizens. Please review the matter, determine whether the change was done properly. When names are hidden or kept anonymously, felt it was wrong.
Mr. Jim Rudisill, advocated for the homeless. Announced end of the PORT Shelter Program. Requested that a commission be appointed to look into the matter and look for a solution to this problem.
