Dr. Holloman, Informed City of a recent grant re CARE Program. Minimize and reduce toxic pollutants. 4 step process.
Mark Hewes, constitutional rights been violated. Accused City and City Attorney. Unable to get permits to open up businesses.
Bekura Shabazz, integral part in the SE. Active participant in the political process. You Light Up My Life Initiative. Recognition of those who pioneer the way for many of us. Commemorate the blacks in history, using the lobby area. Police harassment is prominent in the SE community. NNPD need to serve all individuals in NN.
Teresa Lewis, shared numerous concerns issues/complaints with Warwick SRO,
Angela Harris reflected on her ten years of coming before Council. She commended Vice Mayor McMillan for her service. She invited the youth to attend the CARE Program meeting. She thank Mayor Price for being active and visiable in the SE Community.

Announced she attended the Alliance for Transportation Meeting at the DGCAC on February 14, 2012. Announced her Town Hall Meeting on Monday 2/20, 10870 Warwick Blvd. which would include a Chili Cookoff. She wished everyone a Happy Valentine’s Day

He wished all a Happy Valentine’s Day. He noted willingness of Council to work together on gang initiative.
9. McMillan
Thanked Mayor for attending the Lee Hall Depot Meeting. Thanked Mayor for his rose and thanked volunteers for their service.
