I. Citizen Comments
Mr. John Procyson suggested the following in lieu of the proposed $.12 real estate tax rate increase:
1) 2 day furlough for City employees; 2) Cease contributions to Marriott Hotel; 3) No 2% pay raise; etc.
Mr. Antonio Thompson stated he was humbled by the Lord and spoke regarding various matters.
Ms. Carolyn Isaacs, spoke about the need for jobs for youth and felons. She felt current programs needed to be monitored closely.
