Motion to motion failed Motion to request that the City Manager as part of the annual budgetary process of the City of Newport News develop a specific plan for closure of the City Farm. Said proposal to be brought to City Council for presentation and discussion in a Work Session of City Council with all due speed before any further action to is taken to move and close down the operation of the City Farm.
